blu line designs, founded in 2008, is a planning, landscape architecture, and urban design firm serving the Intermountain West. The firm's founder, Cory, was inspired by the non-photo blue pencil, which allowed designers to sketch without leaving visible lines in the final product. This tool symbolizes the firm's ethos of originality and uniqueness. Today, all pencil sketching in the firm is done in blue, reflecting our commitment to originality.
